Ideal for a business lunch or a small formal buffet. All our dishes are home made and served freshly cooked from stainless steel chafing dishes keeping them hot for as long you need. Steward service is available on request.

Canapes
The Gold range canapes (as pictured) consist of (blini & bread bases) Roquefort, foie gras, salmon, salmon roe, goat's cheese & tomato, king prawn & artichoke, chicken & dried fruit, crab & lemon, pepper marmalade.
The Silver range canapes consist of (blini & bread bases) cheese & smoked trout, pepper & hazelnut mousse, sausage & herb butter, egg mayo & olive prawn & cheese, goat's cheese & salmon with chives.
