Dear Spencer,

On behalf of all of us at the Air Ambulance, I would like to thanks you very much indeed for providing the catering of our Silver Service lunch last Thursday, 29th April. The day went exceptionally well, despite the turn in the weather and the slight delay in the Duke's arrival.

I wanted to thank you personally for cooking such an excellent lunch and for your team's professionalism throughout. The food was fabulous and the round of applause was well deserved.

Again, thanks you so much for all your support with what has been one of the proudest days of the Charity since its foundation.

I can't thank you enough for the buffet it was wonderful, so many people commented on it and said more than once it was the best buffet they had ever tasted. It was everything I wanted for my party, so thank you again. You really made my evening and I will be recommending you to as many people as I can, many people asked who had done it and as tempting as it was to take the credit myself, I did give them your name.
